Terms and conditions :

•	Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit.
•	Rates are quoted nett inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 6% Government Tax.
•	Rates are quoted the same for Single(1 person) or Double (2 person) based on per room per night basis.
•	A surcharge of RM10.00 per room per night on eve of and on Malaysian Public Holidays and during Malaysian School Holidays as shown below.
•	Extra mattress or extra person is chargeable at RM10.00 nett per mattress per night without breakfast.
•	Children under the age of 12 years sharing room with accompanying adult are free of charge.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room reservation are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be adviced during the confirmation stages.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

All cancellation must be notified in writing either by fax or e-mail to our fax number and/ or e-mail address to be furnished during the confirmation stages.

Our Cancellation Policy Charges are as follows:

Cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check in date shall be imposed a penalty of the total room/package charges for the total duration of stay or in the event of NO SHOW.
